## Job description

岗位职责
- 数据管理及经营分析，包括目标制定、业绩追踪、经营复盘、数据体系搭建等；
- 数据模型应用落地，赋能队伍及业务发展；
- 结合线上平台功能，推动客户策略应用落地；
- 其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，数统等专业优先；
- 具备良好数据敏感性和数据分析能力，熟悉产品或数据研究分析背景的人员优先；
- 具有良好的沟通能力、责任心和团队合作意识。
