## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责队伍指标的追踪及督导，确保目标达成；
- 负责队伍管理、绩效核算、预算管理、投诉处理及其它相关工作；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规；
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 一年以上银行营销工作经验，具备较强的市场营销能力和客群综合经营能力；
- 具备较好的抗压能力和团队协作意识；
- 具备良好的职业道德、敬业精神和服务意识，无不良从业纪录。
