## Job description

岗位职责
- 对本行的AUM、存款、客户数、营收、产品销售负责，推动理财经理为客户提供专业化服务，培养复杂产品销售能力的理财经理。
- 了解国内外基金产品及投资理财产品的发展趋势和动态，以高净值客户为核心，充分发掘客户需求和市场机会；
- 带领团队完成年度规划和各项经营指标。 任职资格 1、3-5年以上银行管理经验，熟悉零售银行业务和产品；2、具有杰出的领悟能力、执行力、担当精神，并需具有深厚的专业知识储备；3、无经商办企业或兼职行为，无监管机构金融违规记录，无亲属回避关系。
