## Job description

岗位职责
- 依托银行内、外部渠道批量获取优质客户。
- 提升客户满意度，配合零售发展战略落实大众客群经营，客户输送，提升客户AUM、存款、贷款、中收等工作。
- 综合化拓展代发及公私联动业务、开放银行平台项目、收单商户业务等。
- 完成总分行各项相关工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历,学士及以上学位。
- 原则上不少于 1 年金融、互联网工作经验，有同业相关岗位工作经验优先。
- 服务意识和营销能力强，具备互联网思维，积极进取、目标导向，具备较好的抗压能力、沟通表达能力、以及良好的团队协作意识。
- 纪律及合规意识强，无重大违法违规行为或行业不良记录，符合我行亲属回避等相关制度要求。
