## Job description

岗位职责
- 学习与熟练掌握银行业务知识、业务流程，熟悉应用业务技能为个人和对公客户办理帐户、支付结算、理财等柜面运营业务，确保业务处理准确、及时与完整。
- 严格执行国家各项法规制度与监管政策，严格履行银行各项规章制度和业务规则，较强的风险防范能力，确保各项业务合规运营。
- 识别并满足客户的业务需求，及时为客户提供高效优质的服务，较佳的亲和力，自觉维护银行的品牌形象。
- 掌握银行柜面产品特性，主动识别和挖掘客户需求，具备一定的销售能力，主动开展销售，积极配合厅堂团队做好厅堂营销工作。
- 完成上级安排的其他工作任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，取得学位证和学历证；
- 有1-3年柜员工作经验，
- 合规意识强，拥有良好的学习、沟通能力。
- 有取得银行从业资格证、会计从业资格证、基金从业资格证、反假证书的优先 ；
