## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责需求资料收集、进行需求调研，与用户沟通并归纳用户需求；
- 对收集的用户需求进行整理和分析，建立业务需求分析文档；
- 改进需求分析方法，制定和完善需求分析的模板和流程；
- 为项目组成员提供业务咨询支持并将需求归档至需求库。 任职资格
- 计算机、保险相关专业本科或以上学历；
- 具有保险软件系统设计和实施者优先；
- 具有丰富的客户沟通经验，应变能力强，善于控制需求变化，进行需求管理；
- 能熟练应用Visio、XMind、Axure、墨刀等基础工具;
- 熟悉产品实现过程，包括需求分析、产品功能设计、业务流程设计、界面设计和系统测试等;
- 具有较强的逻辑分析能力和文字表达能力，思维清晰敏捷，执行力强；
- 能承受较大的工作压力，有良好的团队协作意识。
