## Job description

岗位职责
- 现有南通地区寿险销售渠道的维护；
- 对寿险代理人、寿险综拓专员进行各类产品培训、展业辅导；
- 对寿险渠道进行各类形式的日常沟通、业务有效追踪、关系维护等；
- 各类客户的新保、续保服务，以及销售相关运营、系统类问题处理；
- 微信群建设、各类线上平台运维、以及各类方案的制作和追踪。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，特别优秀者可放宽至大专学历； 2、1-3年相关工作经验，年龄35周岁以下，有保险行业经验优先； 3、积极主动、有责任心、有强烈的结果导向意识，沟通能力强。
