## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责实施当地同业及市场产品调研，掌握当地市场竞争情况，做好与总行产品管理部门的沟通；
- 根据当地市场情况，制定分行零售贷款产品营销策略；
- 负责分行零售贷款产品的落地推动，展业工具推广等；
- 负责对销售团队及内外部渠道的销售支持、需求调研、创新及优化建议响应落实。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、财务等相关专业优先；
- 具有3年及以上银行从业经验，1年及以上相关工作经验；
- 数据分析能力强，思维逻辑性强，统筹协调能力强；
- 具有较强的文字表达能力、撰写报告能力、执行能力、沟通能力和团队合作能力；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪及不良从业记录。
