## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责服销项目推动，产品研发与洽谈，规划设计匹配产品的业务流程并推动落地
- 制定营销策略，提升转换率，监控服销产品投产收益
- 制定并监控服销KPI，确保部门全面目标的达成
- 监控服销产品的达成率，数据支撑及业绩报表制作
- 领导交办的其他事宜 任职资格 1、营销类专业优先 2、1~2年金融、保险等营销或市场经验，有产品管理、营销策略背景，有金融类产品电销项目经验者优先 4、有一定统筹能力和统计分析能力，能独立思考
