## Job description

岗位职责
- 对接各专业公司的权益运营窗口，分析各专业公司权益策略及权益服务平台（APP/柜面/代理人/电话坐席）的实施及落地效果
- 挖掘客户的服务权益及钩子权益需求，总结权益分析报表，定期产生权益报告，推进综金权益项目
- 根据VIP俱乐部的运营目标，进行权益活动策划和执行
- 协助部门经理对权益整体把控和协调及优化工作实施 任职资格 1.3-5年以上客户运营策划工作经验 2.具成功线上线下会员活动策划及执行经验 3.具大型项目管理经验 4.了解高净值客群金融需求，具综合金融产品知识为佳
- 具备营销活动策划，渠道管理及执行经验
- 良好的沟通协调及团队协助的能力
