## Job description

岗位职责
- 团体财产险产品支持，销售推动，风险管理等工作。
- 负责制定销售政策，对团队销售过程中出现的问题及矛盾及时沟通协调，跟踪解决结果。
- 制定推动方案，积极组织本机构实施，并对方案实施的效果进行评估。
- 领导交代的其它事项 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，理工科、农学专业优先。
