## Job description

岗位职责
- 深度参与公司财务业务流程诊断，梳理现有财务制度、核算规则及管理流程，提出符合数字化目标的优化方案
- 协同IT团队，支持财务模块（总账、应收应付、成本管理、预算与合并报表等）与HRP系统的业务匹配设计，确保系统逻辑与财务合规性要求一致
- 协调财务、业务、IT等多部门资源，推动系统实施过程中的问题解决与流程优化、制定项目计划并监控执行进度，确保系统建设按期交付并达成预期目标
- 负责财务系统日常系统参数配置、持续迭代优化，推动、支持各下属机构对财务系统的应用 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，具备财务基础 2、5年以上工作经验，具备乙方财务咨询公司背景或大型企业财务系统（如SAP、Oracle、用友、金蝶等）端到端实施经验优先考虑 3、熟悉主流HRP系统财务模块 4、对财务业务流程（核算、预算、资金、税务等）有深刻理解，能结合系统能力设计解决方案 5、出色的跨部门沟通协调能力，能有效推动复杂项目落地 6、逻辑清晰，具备结构化思维和问题解决能力
