## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责农业保险产品的销售及推广工作；
- 开发和维护销售渠道，与农业合作社、保险公司等建立合作关系；
- 制定并执行销售计划，完成销售目标；
- 处理客户咨询及理赔事宜，维护客户关系；
- 进行市场调研，分析客户需求，优化销售策略。 任职资格
- 具备农业或保险相关专业背景；
- 具有1-3年农业保险或渠道销售相关工作经验；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识；
- 熟悉农业保险产品及政策；
- 具备一定的市场分析和渠道开发能力。
