## Job description

岗位职责
- 牵头团非车业务经营策略的制定及调整、核心工作分工及落地执行，对团非车核心指标的达成进行有效监控和异常预警，组建追踪问责机制，对机构团非业绩负责。
- 负责渠道对接人培训、产品/政策/方案培训宣导，制定地区销售指引，协助进行规模以上项目、创新项目、TOP客户陪展等，提供销售支持
- 负责团非业务推动，包括商机推送、小微推动、续保管理、客户储备管理等
- 团非询报价作业、风控协助作业、团智平台线上化推广及指导 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历；

### 能力要求
- 具备项目运作能力、管理能力、规划能力、沟通能力、问题解决能力、授课能力；熟练使用word/excel/ppt等办公软件；熟悉产品知识及系统操作。

### 经验要求
- 从事基层管理或中台相关工作1年及以上。
