## Job description

岗位职责 监督并全面负责客服中心的所有运营支持方面工作。必须促进并监督所有人力规划问题，包括人员配置、调度、预测系统以及政策与程序。有可能监督客服中心内所有培训项目的执行与实施。监督客服中心的所有质量问题与支持系统的实施与管理。可能负责多个客服中心。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年湖州分行个贷支持岗工作经验，
