## Job description

岗位职责
- 领导日常行程的协调、安排；
- 协助起草日常公文、报告等相关文书资料；
- 协助领导协调与各部门的关系，促进相关工作的推 进等;
- 负责会务的组织安排，并对会议决议事项进行催办 查办和落实；
- 接待来访的客户；
- 负责处理临时交办的其他工作。 任职资格 任职资格 1、大专及以上学历，行政管理、秘书等专业优先； 2、1-3年以上行政助理或文秘等相关工作经验从优； 3、工作细心、有责任心、学习能力和执行能力强、良 好的沟通协调能力； 4、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，良好的口头表达能力。
