## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹总部/机构的业务核心风险指标预警分析，依据风险重要性程度，驱动稽核项目排查，结合稽核项目应用与机构联动，对预警指标真实性、实用性、准确性进行验证，持续优化指标体系；
- 负责模型研发与模型运营迭代，与业务融合，拓宽建模议题渠道，优化模型开发流程，提高模型投产效率，推动模型管控前置及完善线上化风控手段；
- 负责稽核数字化建设，以及各类系统权限管理，持续完善数据采集通道，为各类稽核项目提供技术与数据支撑；
- 挖掘和拓展远程审计手段，提质增效，持续提升稽核工作的数字化、线上化和智能化水平；
- 完成上级交办的其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历优先，IT、信息技术、审计、数学、统计、保险等相关专业优先；
- 掌握数据分析工具，如SQL等能力优先；
- 了解保险业务、财务、法律知识者优先；
- 具备大数据开发与智能体构建能力，具有IT技术背景与系统规划经验，支撑数据驱动与数字化审计需求；
- 具备项目管理经验，自驱性较好，有较强的独立工作能力、沟通协调能力，抗压能力和创新意识；善于分析问题、解决问题；
- 具备CIA、CPA等资格优先；有外审工作经验、大型企业内部审计经验者、数据背景者优先。
