## Job description

### 岗位职责 渠道/伙伴销售的工作重点是通过如分销商、经销商（如渠道）等中介机构，对终端消费者就各类产品、服务和/或解决方案进行面对面的销售，包括
- 对新渠道伙伴/分销商的面对面销售，以及对现有渠道伙伴/分销商的交叉/增销/重复面对面销售
- 维护并拓展分销商关系
- 制定并交付面向渠道伙伴/分销商的产品展示、销售投标和报告演讲，也可能为渠道伙伴/分销商的销售人员培训产品用途和销售技巧
- 管理与渠道伙伴/分销商的关系。匹配到该专业领域的员工会基于销售目标的达成程度获得薪酬。 任职资格
- 管理学门类-工商管理类-工商管理、经济学门类-经济与贸易类-国际经济与贸易、法学门类-法学类-法学、管理学门类-公共管理类-公共关系学、管理学门类-工商管理类-市场营销相关专业，本科以上学历，在金融-银行、金融-保险、教育行业-教育行业、金融行业，有1-3年渠道专员工作经验，25-35岁以下，有在平安系、世界500强、产险Top5、国内泛资管Top50任职经历优先。
- 参加过咨询项目-战略咨询、咨询项目-管理咨询、IT项目-实施项目、IT项目-运维项目、投资项目-生产性项目、投资项目-非生产项目类项目，担任培训与发展、战略与规划、渠道销售、现场销售，
- 熟悉营销与销售技能-渠道管理、共同资源类技能-人力资源-人力培训、营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户关系管理、金融专业知识-保险类技能-机动车辆保险、营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户服务，
- 具备规划策划、领悟融会、沟通协作、跨界视野、动手实战、逻辑推理、商敏直觉、创新变革的能力。
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力、抗压耐力、专注聚焦、气量格局、主动挑战、危机意识、魄力决断的性格。
