## Job description

岗位职责
- 深度参与业务产品的孵化和设计，从体验专业视角协同推进项目落地
- 整合用研资源，与业务团队协同，执行走查、可用性测试、用户访谈、竞品对标等，为用户体验提升提供依据和方向
- 体验管理报表及看板，触点管理和客户之声等平台建设
- 卡中心体验考核指标体系的管理 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有体验管理、用户研究等相关经验优先
- 具有相关行业工作经验，有一定客户体验知识与客户思维意识，熟悉用户体验领域的理论和方法
- 有一定客户体验知识与客户思维意识，熟悉用户体验领域的理论和方法
- 具备较强逻辑和数据分析能力，报告呈现能力强，能快速推进体验优化项目落地
