## Job description

### 岗位职责 服务体系建设 (ITIL落地)

基于ITIL V4框架，建立并优化企业IT服务管理流程，包括事件管理、问题管理、变更管理及请求履行，提升IT服务响应速度与用户满意度。

### 终端全生命周期管理

负责办公终端（PC/Mac/移动端）从采购、配置（Zero Touch部署）、安全合规到报废的全生命周期运维治理。

### 数字化职场支撑

规划与建设数字化办公环境。包括综合布线，配线间机房建设，等职场基础设施标准及方案建设。

### 服务台(Service Desk)运营

负责IT服务台的二线技术支持，通过知识库（KEDB）建设实现故障自愈与用户自助服务，降低人均支持成本。

### 数据驱动与治理

监控IT服务KPI（如首次解决率、平均修复时间MTTR），定期产出运维分析报告，并基于数据驱动终端资产的优化与迭代。

### 任职资格 专业背景

计算机相关专业本科，3-5年大型企业IT运维经验，持有 ITIL Foundation/Intermediate 证书者优先。

### 技术能力

*精通 Windows/macOS 集中化管控系统（如 AD、GPO、SCCM 或 Intune）。熟悉 ITSM 管理工具（如 ServiceNow、Jira Service Management 或企业自建工单系统）。

### 流程思维

具备深度的标准化意识，能将复杂的技术操作转化为清晰的流程图及标准操作规范（SOP）。

### 软技能

优秀的文档编写能力与逻辑表达能力，能够在跨部门沟通中平衡“用户体验”与“IT合规性”。
