## Job description

岗位职责

### 总行策略承接
- 学习并掌握总行产品及策略，赋能本地项目转化，推动目标超额达成，负责项目对接、商务洽谈、报告撰写等。

### 队伍赋能
- 对所负责的客户经理，通过培训、陪访、陪练、策略复盘，推动其重点产品发放目标超额达成，队伍产能提升作为核心考核指标。

### 合规把关
- 自主拓客，与渠道业务隔离，防止虚假作业和挂单套利。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历,学士及以上学位。
- 具有对公、普惠、零售信贷等相关银行贷款工作经验，熟悉分行本地小微市场、产业和客群;具备小微批量获客项目的开发、商务谈判及落地能力，本地客群市场产业研究能力，队伍培训与推动能力。
- 纪律及合规意识强，无重大违法违规行为或行业不良记录，近两年无处罚记录，符合我行亲属回避等相关制度要求。
