## Job description

岗位职责 与总行基础零售事业管理部协同承接总行基础零售的战略及策略在本分行的落地工作。

### 获客
- 负责在总行策略下进行区域市场拓展，统筹线上和线下资源，获取新客户

### 经营及管理
- 制定基础客群的产品、渠道、营销和服务策略，并推动实施；搭建基础零售业务报表体系、检视机制，做好业务追踪、督导与推动工作，实现业务指标达成

### 网点管理
- 负责网点整体产能达成以及厅堂队伍业绩达成的整体推动及规划工作，网点三好五星评价体系在分行的落地推广

### 公私联动推动
- 推动全行各渠道的代发等公私联动业务，发挥批量获客优势

### 队伍管理
- 负责分行基础零售相关队伍的培训管理，包括人员招聘、岗位职责、绩效考核算薪、队伍建设、人才储备、资质管理、培训执行、文化建设等。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，在金融行业或银行业有3年及以上管理工作经验，担任过销售管理优先 ；
- 具有杰出的领悟、规划、分析并解决问题能力；
- 对市场趋势有优秀的敏感度，善于管理团队；
- 符合平安银行亲属规避政策及调动铁律；无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
