## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责医健底层经营数据的标准化、报表化建立；
- 对客户行为进行深度数据挖掘，支持线上数字化运营
- 负责经营指标分析追踪，挖掘经营问题并推动解决；
- 负责预算管理与投产测算；
- 负责机构相关问题处理；
- 领导安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，数学、统计学等相关专业背景优先；
- 在金融-保险行业，有2年经营分析岗工作经验；
- 需要熟练掌握sql，python等工具，擅长数据分析；
- 认真踏实，善于沟通协调，有较好的解决问题的能力。
