## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开拓及维护私行及财富客群，保持客户资产规模，促进增长，提升营收；
- 经营私行及财富客户，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供财富分析和规划、保障传承分析和规划，促进客户在我行资产提升；
- 积极配合及参与支行、团队工作；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，提升客户满意度并积极处理客户投诉等问题。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备2年以上金融营销经验，银行或者银行保险双背景的人才优先；有私行理财、保险营销、高端客户经营等相关工作经验者优先；
- 具备较强的服务营销能力，具备较强的团队合作能力、沟通协调能力以及学习能力；
- 熟悉银行产品、保险产品优先，持有基金/AFP/CFP/EFP/CFA等专业证书或曾获得TOT/MDRT/COT荣誉优先。
