岗位职责 1 针对寿险渠道专员进行产品类及获客技能类培训及专员队伍管理 2 寿险渠道进行激励方案宣导，激励奖品兑现、执行情况通报等 3 核对佣金费用，并对可能产生的问题进行沟通反馈 4 渠道操作流程的规划及优化，渠道关系的维护 5 领导交办的其它工作 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3、有销售经验者优先
