## Job description

岗位职责 负责分行跨境业务规划、制度管理、产品管理、政策管理。 负责分行跨境业务营销策划、营销支持、客户管理、渠道建设及维护。 负责分行跨境业务产品管理、定价审批、资金管理。 负责分行外汇政策合规管理、反洗钱管理。 组织跨境业务相关培训，政策培训，案例宣导，经验分享交流，提升经营团队跨境业务水平； 任职资格 本科及以上学历，拥有3年以上工作经验，金融、经济、财务等相关专业优先。 具备经济金融业务工作经验，有公司授信业务经验优先； 具备良好的国际业务基础和产品运用能力； 具备良好的沟通交流能力，学习能力强，具备较好的营销和市场拓展能力 抗压力和责任心强、思路清晰，具备事业心。具备良好的职业操守和合规意识，无违法违规行为和不良记录。
