## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责银行投行业务的推动及落地，包括承揽支持、项目追踪、项目承做及投后管理、与风险审批及资金条线进行日常项目沟通；
- 协助经营单位拓展市场，为客户制定个性化产品服务方案；项目营销支持、项目方案设计及项目全流程跟进推动，推动部门业务目标达成；
- 其他领导交办的工作。 任职资格

### 学历证照
- 本科以上学历，金融、经济、法律、管理、财会相关专业；具备CFA、CPA等相关证书优先；

### 工作经验
- 2年以上银行对公或银行投行、信托、证券、资管、基金等相关从业经验；

### 专业要求
- 了解国家经济、金融方针政策及监管要求，熟悉商业银行投行主要业务流程；

### 素质要求
- (1) 工作责任心、主动性强； (2)具备较强的学习能力及解决问题能力； (3)具备较强的梳理和思考总结能力； (4)文字功底扎实，具备PPT技能； (5)活动组织、营销、拓展能力强； (6)语言表达能力和沟通协调能力强；
- 经验、专业条件、意愿等综合素质突出的，优先作为储备干部培养；
- 无违法违纪行为，有良好的职业操守和合规意识。
