## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接维护分行财富客户，保持客户资产规模及取得增长，增加营收.提高客户忠诚度；
- 增加私财客户，促进潜力客户升级；
- 以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议.财富分析和规划，做好客户的风险偏好.财务状况评估，向客户推荐合适的产品；
- 积极配合和参与财富团队管理，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规服务。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，经济.金融.会计.市场营销等相关专业毕业； 2.3年以上理财投资.理财经理工作经验，有私行理财经验者优先； 3.熟悉银行产品，服务营销能力强，持有AFP.CFP等理财专业证照者优先； 4.追求卓越.具有商业敏感性.沟通协调能力强.纪律及合规意识强； 5.职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。
