## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责搭建保险金信托标准化作业流程，完善迭代信托功能和规则（30%）
- 负责对接打通合作信托公司数据系统，实现信息合规交互（30%）
- 提供内外部客户经理财富传承咨询服务，萃取优秀案例等相关工作（20%）
- 负责财富传承专业课程的开发，进行内外部培训（10%）
- 协助内外部客户经理分析财富传承目标需求，制定陪访方案（10%） 任职资格 1、金融、法律、税务、保险等相关专业 2、3年以上工作经验，有信托公司、银行或保险公司信托岗经验者优先 3、熟悉信托法、民法典、税法等相关法律法规，了解信托行业监管规则，熟悉家族信托、保险金信托的业务逻辑、架构设计及落地流程等条件优先 4、良好的培训与表达能力、营销与陪谈能力和抗压与协作能力，有讲师培训经验优先
