## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接上门业务。含上门摩托车保险、上门客户接待等。
- 承接上门及预约批改业务（含车财意）。
- 负责收集上门客户提交的学平险、重百员福等理赔业务，协助客户自己报案提资料或者门店代为提交。
- 每月月初参与非道路事故救援审核。
- 完成门店作业团队、机构安排的一切需要完成的其他工作。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，有1-3年门店服务作业岗工作经验优先， 2.沟通能力强、有责任心。
