## Job description

岗位职责
- 开发公司客户资源，管理与维护客户关系，深度拓展潜在销售机会，完成业绩目标；
- 管理及维护客户授信，确保授信资产质量优良，落实全面风险管理规定；
- 收集、反馈市场销售信息，协助或参与产品开发、服务定制和交叉营销，为企业客户提供系统金融服务方案。 任职资格 1、全日制大学本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上金融从业经验，具有银行公司业务从业经验者优先； 3、熟悉银行公司业务产品及信贷流程，能够综合运用多种银行金融产品为客户提供综合金融解决方案； 4、具有良好的客户资源及较强的客户营销意识，市场开拓能力强，沟通能力及人际交往能力突出，市场敏锐度高； 5、有良好的职业道德、敬业精神和服务意识，无不良从业纪录； 6、条件优秀者可适当放宽要求。
