## Job description

岗位职责

### 总行策略承接
- 学习并掌握总行产品及策略，赋能本地项目转化，推动目标超额达成，负责项目对接、商务洽谈、报告撰写等；

### 队伍赋能
- 对所负责的客户经理，通过培训、陪访、陪练、策略复盘，推动其重点产品发放目标超额达成，队伍产能提升作为核心考核指标；

### 合规把关
- 自主拓客，与渠道业务隔离，防止虚假作业和挂单套利。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历；
- 两年及以上银行信贷经验，有小微普金、对公业务相关从业经验的优先；
- 有良好的职业道德、风险意识强，无违法及金融违规记录；
