## Job description

岗位职责
- 预估话务趋势、调整人力部署确保接通指标达成和人员利用率最优
- 指标结果、运营执行情况统计分析，流程优化建议
- 与专业公司沟通业务节奏，合理控制来电节奏
- 与公司及时沟通，获取现场第一手信息和优化建议
- 配合管理部门如业管、企划要求进行数据分析检视或流程优化
- 上级领导交待的其他事宜 任职资格 1、1-2年客户服务、呼叫中等相关工作经验， 2、熟练掌握办公软件的运用，具备较强的数据分析能力
