## Job description

岗位职责 1.现有平安内部综拓等销售渠道的维护，新产品的宣导和推广； 对寿险代理人、寿险综拓专员、中介（含第三方平台）进行各类产品培训、展业辅导； 寿险营业区日常沟通、关系维护、业务有效追踪等； 2.各类客户的新保、续保服务，以及销售相关运营、系统类问题处理； 微信群运营，方案制定及宣导推动； 跟进客户线下保全、理赔等案件。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力
