## Job description

岗位职责
- 深入客户业务现场，将解决方案转化为可运行的 AI 应用。
- 完成客户数据接入及 CRM、外呼、企业微信等业务系统对接。
- 开发客户画像、线索挖掘、任务分发、跟进辅助等功能，打通业务流程。
- 负责应用部署、联调测试、上线交付及运行问题排查，持续优化效果和稳定性。
- 将项目中的通用能力沉淀为可复用组件、工具和交付文档。 任职资格 1.30岁及以下； 2.硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业。 3 年及以上后端、全栈、数据工程或 AI 应用开发经验，有实际项目交付经历。 3.熟练掌握 Python、Java、Go、TypeScript 中至少一种语言，熟悉 SQL 和 API 开发。 4.有大模型应用开发经验，了解工具调用、知识库检索及 AI 工作流。 5.熟悉 Linux、容器化部署和常见故障排查，具备数据安全与权限管理意识。
- 能直接与客户沟通，独立推进问题解决，适应客户现场工作与出差。
- 有金融行业系统集成、私有化部署或 AI 应用生产落地经验者优先。
