## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动所辖支行达成银保中收目标
- 组织面向支行所辖全体RM,厅堂服务人员的银保销售技能培训和产品训练
- 协助所辖支行人员开展客户盘点，落实分行活动量管理要求
- 协助所辖支行销售人员开展大单陪谈
- 组织牵头银保沙龙活动与主讲工作
- 完成总分行交办的合规管理工作 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历 2.3年以上银行保险销售经验或银保渠道工作经验。 3. 能够独立开展银保销售，组织大型沙龙和产说会，研发典范案例及讲授课程。 4.有较高的职业操守，能严格的保护客户信息。
