## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹汇总资产管理部各业务团队的催收策略，并根据业务数据表现，定期检视策略流程，储备各类风险情况下的各项策略内容。
- 对日常各类催收过程中的数据进行分析与支持，形成分析报告、总结分析结论，供业务部门领导决策。
- 对部门内部各类催收数据进行收集与清理，完成各类风险指标、催收指标模型的搭建。
- 负责维护部门可视化报表平台，协助部门各催收管理团队进行日常数据分析与支持工作。
- 其他各类领导交办事项。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，统计、数学、计算机、金融专业优先；
- 数量掌握各类数据分析工具，包括R\SQL\SAS\PYTHON\等主流工具。
- 熟悉银行或车贷催收流程，有银行催收部门、资产保全部门工作经验者优先； 4工作认真负责，善于沟通，具有良好的抗压能力； 5.具有较高的内外沟通，协调公关能力。
