## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责400电话的接听；
- 按照公司要求对客户资质进行初审，并对后续处理的时效、结果进行追踪；
- 针对客户问题进行答疑并对客户的要求，积极进行内外部沟通、协调；
- 能够将客户信息及诉求登记录入，保证信息材料的准确性；
- 善于倾听，对于投诉能够适当安抚客户情绪，避免矛盾升级；
- 完成上级交代的其他工作。 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历；
- 具有良好的沟通表达能力；
- 熟练使用Excel、Word等日常办公软件。
- 普通话标准，口齿清晰；
