## Job description

岗位职责
- 从事银行团体金融、综合金融业务拓展、维护和服务（业务人员）；
- 与平安集团及兄弟公司建立良好合作关系，主动分析各渠道方的客户及队伍，深挖银行业务机会，开展银行产品营销；
- 银行作为渠道方，对内推动银行客户经理渠道，对外维护衔接好产品方兄弟公司，实现银行销保险、推投融；
- 协助银行对公综拓业务管理事务，包括考核、统计、利益结算、客户产品数据分析、培训宣导等； 任职资格
- 具有1-3年金融行业相关经验，具有岗位相关工作履历者优先；
- 具有较强的主人翁意识、学习能力、反思能力；
- 具有良好的总结分析表达能力，精通运用各类办公软件工具；
- 遵纪守法、品行端正，有较强的责任心和抗压能力；
