## Job description

岗位职责

### 组织部门为前线提供年金展业技术支持，主要包括
- 了解客户需求、提供受托和投资产品推介支持，回答受托管理、投资产品相关问题等。
- 组织产品经理根据客户受托和投资方面的需求准备解决方案和项目竞标材料，参加中小型年金项目竞标，对于大型或特殊需求客户配合总部相关部门制作特殊需求方案和标书；
- 推动销售队伍的年金销售工作，为销售队伍提供受托和投资产品培训，在销售队伍中推广相关年金专业知识，解答销售队伍日常年金方面问题；
- 负责为客户提供年金基础知识和投资产品的培训，协调帐户管理人为企业提供培训；为客户提供后续受托管理和投资方面的咨询服务工作；
- 负责部门日常业务协调和管理，根据要求向总部汇报业务情况、市场情况和竞争对手情况；
- 跟踪政策动态及行业趋势，进行市场分析，识别新业务机会。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融、保险、市场营销、管理专业优先；
- 具备较强的语言表达、沟通协调和市场开拓能力；
- 具备基金从业资格考试人员优先；
- 具备央企、国企、大型民企客户资源者优先；
- 具备3年以上相关工作经验。
