## Job description

岗位职责
- 支持业务管理部的团非业务，确保业务顺利开展;
- 参与核保和核赔工作，确保业务风险可控;
- 协助制定和优化团非业务的精算模型，提升业务决策的准确性;
- 分析团非业务数据，提供精算支持和风险评估报告，为业务决策提供依据。 任职资格
- 工作地点为焦作市;
- 具备精算相关知识，熟悉保险精算原理、风险评估方法等;
- 熟悉核保和核赔流程，具备相关经验;
- 具备团体业务和非团体业务的相关知识。
