## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责统筹农险全险种承保及风险管控；
- 负责农险商业创新产品研发、产品审核、研发及管理；
- 负责业务全流程合规管理；
- 负责农网队伍建设、承保能力提升建设。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，农险/保险/数学/统计/金融等专业，有同业工作经验者优先；
- 了解农险产品条款的修订/制定规则，了解农险发展策略；
- 具有良好的文字功、沟通、协调及组织推动能力。
