## Job description

岗位职责
- 优化中心内交付项目管理的支撑环境。包括统一的项目实施流程、项目过程实施指南和文档模板、项目管理工具、项目管理信息系统；
- 中心内的多项目管理和监控。PMO统一收集和汇总所有项目的信息和绩效，并对组织高层或其他需要这些信息的组织或部门进行报告；
- 追踪推动中心内各项KPI、KSF达成。包括应收、利润等指标的通报追踪和达成分析，前置风险预警，提供达成路径及举措参考；
- 根据中心业务及体系规划，进行各部门工作机制、流程的优化迭代；
- 完成领导交付的其他工作。 任职资格 全日制大学本科及以上学历 1.2年以上医疗行业、咨询公司或大型集团企业运营工作经验 2.熟悉项目管理流程，并具有业务推动经验。 3.具备优秀的口头和书面表达能力。 4.熟练使用PPT、EXCEL等工具。
