## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开发、拓展境内外金融机构与我行的交易业务关系，服务机构在债券、外汇及衍生品方面的交易需求；
- 针对不同的客户类型，制定相应的销售策略，并定期追踪，有效提升客户粘性；
- 根据各机构的不同交易风格和行为偏好，结合市场行情，有效推广我行的主动做市策略；
- 定期对重点客户进行拜访和调研需求，分析客户画像，提出对客交易产品开发的计划及发掘交叉业务机会；
- 牵头各种营销活动，维护客户关系并扩大我行做市品牌知名度。

### 任职资格 1、国内外院校相关专业硕士以上学历； 2、3年以上债券交易、销售相关工作经验，具有金融机构客户资源； 3、具备固收专业知识和一定的市场分析能力，熟悉境内外固收市场和各类交易品种、交易流程； 4、具有良好的综合素质、沟通能力，具备丰富的营销经验； 5、加分技能

1）有良好的英语沟通能力；2）通过CFA/FRM等资格考试。
