## Job description

岗位职责 （1）负责达成团队的销售任务，完成经营指标 （2）负责业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队实施营销活动； （3）负责所辖团队建设的人才培养，以及产品、技能、政策的培训。 （4）建设中小企业集群营销渠道，组织进行集群营销； 任职资格 （1）经济类相关专业本科以上（含）学历； （2）5年以上金融从业经历，具备较丰富的银行业务知识及营销实践经验，具有较强的客户关系管理经验和一定的渠道营销优势； （3）具备较强的团队合作意识和责任心； （4）原则上35周岁以下，身体健康。

### 其他要求

1、能够自觉遵守国家法律、法规和各项金融规章制度，无不良记录； 2、具有良好的职业操守和较强的事业心、责任心；
