## Job description

岗位职责
- 组织落实分行公司业务经营计划，推动公司业务绩效激励目标的实现；组织实施分行公司产品营销计划，持续提升产品销售绩效。
- 组织开展分行公司业务调查研究工作，指导部门的公司业务经营工作；组织设计营销方案、营销模式，建立营销体系，协助客户经理做好重要客户的营销。
- 组织拟订分行公司业务团队建设方案，实施落实分行公司业务团队激励措施，包括公司客户经理队伍建设、管理和培训工作。
- 负责开展与公司业务有关的内外部沟通与协调工作。 任职资格
- 经济学、管理学专业优先，本科以上学历，40周岁以下
- 有丰富的公司业务管理经验
- 在当地有一定社会资源
