## Job description

岗位职责
- 主要聚焦房屋持证抵押产品营销推广，拓展新客户，维护存量客户关系
- 受理贷款申请，开展贷前调查，核实客户资料真实性与合规性。
- 跟进贷款审批流程，及时反馈审批结果。
- 做好贷前风险识别与筛选，防范欺诈风险。
- 完成个人业绩指标，配合贷后管理及逾期催收。聚焦对异常预警等早期风险客户经营与化解。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 具有银行业金融机构从业经历，3年及以上抵押经营贷业务从业经验，熟悉业务拓展、贷前调查及风险管控全流程，具备独立开展业务的成熟作业能力者优先；
- 具有一定的业务规模，拥有稳定的小微企业主、个体工商户等核心客群资源，具备较强的客户经营、需求挖掘与业务转化能力者优先；
- 具有本科及以上学历，具备良好的业务素养与学习适配能力，能够快速掌握我行产品规则、作业流程与管理要求者优先；
- 个人无不良从业记录、无不良征信记录，严格恪守金融从业人员职业操守，无违法违规及重大违纪行为。
