## Job description

岗位职责
- 开展交通运输（如公路、铁路、港口、航运、航空、轨交、快递等）、基建施工行业日常研究，撰写行研报告；
- 跟踪行业及企业的重要数据信息，形成行业研究框架体系；
- 为业务和风险部门提供基础研究支持，提出经营策略和风险管理工作建议；
- 开展内外部行业研讨交流等。 任职资格 1、硕士学历及以上，具备行业与金融复合背景者优先； 2、2年以上工作经验，具备银行、券商、基金等金融行业、行业研究机构或咨询机构工作经历者优先； 3、掌握基本行业研究方法论，具备较强的数据分析、调查研究、文字撰写和演讲沟通能力； 4、踏实勤奋，有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，抗压能力强。
