## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责商家的整个生命周期管理，包括商户的引入、评估、续签和淘汰
- 针对平台该行业现状，结合创新的想法，引导及开拓品牌商户运营，并能制定出该行业的品类未来发展规划。
- 能够针对不同的商家给予运营过程中碰到问题的解决方法。
- 协调各类内部和外部资源加强和快速提升商家运营能力和该行业销量。
- 对负责的行业与核心商家进行量化数据分析和管理。 任职资格 1、5年以上该行业运营经验，熟悉知名品牌，并对该品牌快速形成打法。 2、了解品牌内部运作方式，对于品牌不同阶段遇到的问题有认识和解决办法。 3、有较强的市场挖掘、营销创新能力，能把握和引导商户及品牌管理中的整体营销发声。 4、数据分析能力强，能通过数据对于行业动向、项目管理有分析结果、归纳总结。 5、对行业业态、市场结构等行业专业知识有所了解、能分析业务问题并提出相应解决方案。
- 良好的沟通谈判能力，有一定的组织协调能力。
