## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助新渠道开拓，维护现有合作渠道关系，与各总行保持密切沟通；
- 协助开展机构渠道业务督导，对机构渠道人员及推动工作进行管理；
- 协助进行银保业务发展形势研究与报告撰写；
- 协助关注政策变化，优化业务流程，确保合规经营；
- 协助制定、开展总对总营销方案；协议开展渠道活动；
- 协助重点营销项目渠道落地；
- 协助完成产品准入及上线，各项合作协议签署。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险、市场营销等相关专业优先；
- 银行、寿险（尤其银保）等相关行业3年及以上相关工作经验优先；
- 逻辑性强、善于思考、执行力强、有独立工作能力；
- 沟通协调能力强、善于表达、有亲和力、诚实务实；
- 熟练掌握PPT、Excel等各类办公软件，书面表达能力强。
